Monday -Friday

Hours: 8a-5p

Salary: $50,000 annually

Primary responsibilities:

Maintaining the main phone queue to assist customers, typically taking about 25-30 inbound calls per day consisting of quotes, orders, general questions.

This role also helps with quotes and order entry via email as a secondary responsibility. This role also assists Sales Leads with quote follow up and large quotes/projects.

Requirements

· Process customer returns

. Handle EDI

· Find information regarding customer orders (tracking, order information, order changes)

· Back up in the phone queue (answering 5-10 calls per day).
